Miixcity does not offer phone support, but you can contact us by e-mail. Send us your comments or questions to info@miixcity.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

 

Does it cost anything to use or join?

Joining Miixcity is free! Whether you’re an individual or a large organization, it’s still free. It’s a very simple process.  You can easly login with your Facebook account or sign in here.

How do I report offensive content or other abuse?

Please review our Terms & Conditions on miixcity.com.  If, after reading through them, you feel there is inappropriate content on Miixcity.com, we need to know about it!  Please contact us to info@miixcity.com and include as many details as possible – including links to the offending page(s).

 

Account Settings

How do I change my password?

If you have lost your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking on the ‘Lost Password?’ link below the login form. You will receive a secure link to reset your password by email.

 

How do I change my email?

Once logged in by Facebook or with your credentials, you will be able to edit your username, email address and others personal informations by clicking ‘Settings’ under the main menu.

 

How do I cancel/delete my account?

Once logged in by Facebook or with your credentials, you will be able to delete or cancel your account by clicking ‘Settings’ under the main menu.

Events

How do I add an event?

Once you are connected to miixcity.com by Facebook or with your credentials, you can publish an event directly from the main navigation menu or from your profile by clicking on the ‘Create an event‘ button.

However, if you are a promoter, we invite you to contact us to evaluate the best partnership opportunities.

 

How can I view all my events?

Once logged in and added one or more events to the site, you can see your upcoming and past events from your profile page.

 

How do I edit the event details?

From your profile page under the upcoming and past events section, you will be able to edit or promote an upcoming event individually.

 

How can I remove an event completely?

From your profile page under the upcoming and past events section, you will be able to delete or remove an upcoming event individually.

 

I found duplicate/incorrect events. What should I do?

Please send us email to info@miixcity.com with the event link and the corrected details infos.

 

Where do you get all these events ?

They come from you the community, as well as our partners, and publics API. Our event data comes from many different sources! But the BEST events come from you.

We take privacy and copyright protection very seriously and do everything possible to respect both. If you have any concerns regarding the event information on Miixcity, contact us and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

 

How did my event end up on miixcity.com ?

If you found your event on miixcity.com and did not add it yourself, there are a few possible reasons as to how your event ended up here!

Either one of our data sources listed your public event and added it to our portal or your event page was imported from public API.

If you believe your event is not supposed to be here and want it removed, please send us a email to info@miixcity.com

 

You don’t have my event on miixcity.com – do I have to create a feed to add it?

No, it is not mandatory to have a data source to publish your events on miixcity.com. You can create an event individually from your profile page.

However, you can also import your events from other social networks or RSS feeds. Please contact us and our technical support will help you to configure your data flow.

 

Once I create and add a feed, do I have to contact you whenever I update it?

No, once your feed is added to miixcity.com, our automated tools will check in once a week to see if anything has changed. Any valid changes to events or additions of new events will be reflected on miixcity.com. In rare instances, an event or part of an event may fail to update, such as when you change the URL of an image file or remove the entirety of an event description. Please be sure that all fields are populated with valid data and your feed contains no errors to prevent this from occurring.
